Aesha came to yoga during a time of stressful life crisis at work and break-up of her relationship. She found yoga and meditation offered not only deep relief but another way of living life.
She went on to do teacher training and has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 28 years. Aesha offers replenishing Yin-Hatha and Yin Yoga classes. The practice is slow and meditative. She encourages mindfulness and guides students to witness the fluctuations of mind/body phenomena and focus attention in the divine presence of what remains constant.
When she’s not teaching Aesha can be found painting, drawing and making pottery. She facilitates the popular yearly Bali BlossOm retreats for women combining yoga, mindfulness and creativity. She currently lives Mullumbimby, NSW Australia with her beloved husband.
