How often do you eat on the run? Eat in front of the TV? or stuff something down before the kids need something? This two hour session will

Spend this time nourishing your nervous system with sweet and slow, long hold, deep stretch Yin Yoga. Using this practice to clear your mind and using breath and sound to ground your energies.

We complete the practice with a guided mindful pleasure meditation, enjoying the most delicious cake you’ve ever tasted!

The intention is to re-wire the nervous system to enjoy the pleasures, instead of denying yourself (because of the calories, or because “I shouldn’t”, or ‘insert your story here’) Enjoy the pleasures and be mindful in them so you experience them in a 100% full YES (and in balance).
