iREST YOGA NIDRA WORKSHOP

iRest Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation and meditative enquiry, which facilitates body and mind healing, and a return to one’s natural state of wholeness. This transformative practice assists with trauma, mood management, understanding and managing challenging thoughts and emotions, more effective management of stress, pain management, improved sleep, as well as to bring greater self-awareness, leading to healthier relationships, increased confidence, and an overall improved quality of life.
In this 2 hour workshop you will learn about the different Koshas, or Sheaths, which have layered upon each of us during the duration of this human experience. These Kosha’s will then be peeled back during a 40 minute guided iRest Yoga Nidra meditation practice, during which you can connect with your true nature, access your innate wisdom, and experience the vast spaciousness of your unchanging state of awareness.
Natalie is a registered Psychologist and a certified Yoga Teacher. Natalie has a heart-centered approach to both her work as a Psychologist and a Yoga Teacher, where she facilitates her clients’ and students’ connection with their true self, to discover their inherent wholeness, their true nature, and to live their life with fuller hearts.
